1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Picset application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this application. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Description

Picset is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to create winter and Christmas photos based on user-uploaded photographs. The Service includes: • Uploading user photos • Generating AI images with various themes • Storing and managing generated images • Credit system for paid generation • One free generation for new users

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, you must create an account using: • Email address and password • Sign in with Apple ID You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account • All activities that occur under your account • Not providing access to your account to third parties If you discover unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit system: • New users receive 1 free generation • Additional generations require credit purchase • 1 generated image = 2 credits • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable after use • Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase • Credit prices are displayed in the app and may change • Unused credits remain on your account without time limit Refunds: • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy • Contact Apple Support for refund requests

5. Service Use and Restrictions

You agree that: • You upload only photos to which you have rights • You will not upload illegal, offensive or inappropriate content • You will not use the Service to violate third party rights • You will not abuse or hack the Service • You will not automate requests or use bots Prohibited content includes: • Pornography or sexually explicit material • Violence, hatred or discrimination • Copyright infringement • Spam or phishing • Minors without parental consent

6. Content Ownership

Your uploaded content: • You retain all rights to the photos you upload • You grant us a license to use your photos for AI image generation • You can delete your photos and generated images at any time Generated content: • Generated images are your property • You can freely download, share and use them • We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of generated images • Generated images may be similar to results of other users

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles and interests in the Picset application, including: • Source code • Design and interface • Trademarks and logos • Documentation remain our exclusive property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. We are not responsible for: • Continuous service availability • Quality of generated images • Loss of data or content • Damages caused by using the service • Compatibility with all devices To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service: • Upon violation of these terms • Upon suspicion of service abuse • For legal or security reasons • Upon termination of service operation You can terminate your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature in app settings. After account deletion: • All your data will be permanently deleted • Unused credits will be forfeited • You will lose access to all generated images

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by competent courts in the Czech Republic. For EU users: These terms comply with GDPR and other European consumer protection regulations.
